Carmen J. Cuetos was born in Valencia, Venezuela on August 21, 1967. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. Carmen earned her Law degree in 1989 from Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2002 she received her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in International Legal Practice from Nova Southeastern University Law School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
